Learn the essentials of computerised accounts with Sage 50 Accounts.
This course introduces the basic concepts of computerised accounts and takes the user through creating and listing Sales, Purchase, Bank and Nominal accounts and the planning that should precede these actions. The entering of sales and purchase invoices and processing of sales receipts, purchase payments and monthly statements are covered in detail, followed by in-depth analysis of available reports. The course details the importance of back-up routines.
Delegates must also book Sage 50 Accounts - Day 2.
This is a day one of a two-day course running from 9:30 am - 4:00 pm.
Training is hands-on and tutor-led.
We provide a comprehensive training manual, lunch and certification.
Courses run at both Swansea and Cardiff locations.
This course can be run as a company specific option either at your site or our own.

A general discussion of the preparation needed prior
to computerising your accounts.Creating Accounts
The user is taken through the steps involved in
creating and listing Sales, Purchase, Bank and
Nominal accounts.Invoicing

Recording sales receipts, purchase payments and

The VAT return analysis and management of the Tax

Aged balances, account histories, trial balance and

The importance of data verification and backup
routines.Prerequisites
To gain maximum benefit from this course the delegate should be familiar with using a PC and be able to use a mouse.
Qualification
Delegates receive a Computeraid certificate of achievement.
