This is day one of a two day course.
Find out how to save your documents on your laptop and open them on your smartphone! Learn how to download and manage apps and keep track of your important appointments online. Make connections on Facebook and edit a Wikipedia entry.
This module sets out concepts and skills relating to the setup and use of online collaborative tools, such as storage, productivity applications, calendars, social media, web meetings, learning environments and mobile technology including smartphones. This course focuses on Google Drive.
This is a day one of a two-day course running from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Training is hands-on and tutor-led.
We provide a comprehensive training manual, lunch and certification.
Courses run at our Swansea site.
This course can be run as a company specific option either at your site or our own.

Collaborate and interact using social networks such as Facebook, blogs and wikis.
Schedule and host online meetings and use online learning environments.
Smartphones and Tablets
Understand key mobile technology concepts and use features such as e-mail, applications and synchronisation. Identify and use common applications like news, social media, productivity,maps, games, ebooks.
Understand the purpose of synchronising content, set up synchronisation settings, synchronise mobile devices with
mail, calendar, other devices.
This course is suitable for beginners with no prior ICT knowledge.
This course contributes to an ITQ qualification.
Build on the knowledge gained to achieve an ITQ award.
